Terms and Conditions

  1. Customer Agreement

Your use of LivLogic.Net EDGE and any LivLogic.Net services is subject to the terms and conditions of your customer agreement, including the dispute resolution provisions.

  1. Paperless Billing

Your billing will be paperless through LivLogic.Net, which means you will not receive a paper bill and you accept the presentation of your bill online through the LivLogic.Net Customer Portal or by email.

  1. Payments

Payments will be invoiced on the 1st day of the month and automatically drafted from your chosen payment method up to 3 days later. Payments must be set up on auto-draft. Any payments not collected within 10 days will be considered late and subject to account suspension or cancellation on the last day of the month.

LivLogic.Net EDGE is a no contract service which is billed, invoiced and paid one month ahead. Billing is reoccurring indefinitely. If at any time you would like to cancel service, you must contact support via phone at (256) 245-3752 or email support@livingstonlogistic.com 30 days prior to cancellation to avoid billing.

Cancelled customers that wish to have service reactivated will be charged an activation fee once all outstanding balances are settled then billed as normal.

  1. Equipment

Your equipment will be charged as a onetime lease payment when service is requested. It is your responsibility to maintain the equipment in the proper working condition and return in to LivLogic.Net if you cancel your service or your service is terminated.

If the equipment is altered, reset or tampered with to include removing the ‘VOID’ sticker, the customer will incur any and all fees that are associated with returning the equipment to working condition.

  1. Privacy

  1. Speed and Availability

The use of the term, “Up to 20+ Mbps” does not guarantee the availability or consistency of 20+ Mbps. It means that where available, most customers will be able to receive up to 20 Mbps download speeds. This speed will be dependent on location, availability, weather conditions and network congestion. If signal strength causes consistant download speeds of less than 3Mbps, customer can request equipment to be mounted externally, an external antenna be mounted or a different CPE (Customer Premise Equipment). With the knowledge that such equipment and modifications could possibly incur an additional 1 time charge.
